Truck Driver Positions (Multiple Openings) M&M Excavation Company is currently hiring for the following positions : Belly Dump Truck Driver Side Dump Truck Driver Lowboy Truck Driver Tandem Truck Driver Applicants may qualify for one or multiple positions based on experience. Position Overview (Applies to All Driver Types) This is a hands-on role responsible for transporting construction materials and/or heavy equipment to and from various job sites. Drivers are expected to operate assigned equipment safely, maintain professionalism on and off the job site, and follow all safety regulations. What You'll Do Safely operate belly dump, side dump, lowboy, or tandem trucks as assigned. Transport materials such as dirt, rock, and aggregate, and haul heavy equipment using lowboy trailers when applicable. Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations. Secure, tarp, and inspect loads as required. Make minor truck repairs (lights, mud flaps, tire pressure, etc.). Maintain accurate mileage, fuel, and equipment logs. Keep assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition. Ability to complete paperwork electronically Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and the public. Assist with other duties as needed and work independently when required. Wear required PPE and follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times. What We're Looking For Experience at least 1 year preferred with one or multiple: Belly dump and/or side dump experience Lowboy hauling experience Tandem truck experience

License:

Valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement and no transmission restrictions. Safe driving practices, basic truck diagnostics, load securement, and clear communication. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED (preferred, not required). Oil & Gas, Civil, Commercial & MSHA Excavation site experience(s) a plus.
