We are looking for a reliable, hard-working CDL Driver to join our close-knit team and operate our roll-off and portable sanitation routes. Compensation & Premier Benefits Pay Range:

Competitive local hourly pay of $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience) that respects your CDL expertise and hard work.

Healthcare stipend provided after 90 days of employment for all full-time employees.

Key Responsibilities Route Operations:

Safely drive and operate CDL-required roll-off trucks and assist with local portable sanitation routes when necessary.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent, friendly service to our local commercial and residential neighbors and clients.

Record Keeping:

Use our mobile app to easily navigate daily routes without the hassle of heavy paperwork.

Maintenance & Safety:

Maintain top safety standards by logging daily vehicle inspections and holding a strong driving score through our simple Motive vehicle management system.

Required Qualifications Licensing:

Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B).

Driving Record:

Must have a clean and safe driving record.

Physical Ability:

Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering equipment.

Professionalism:

A strong, independent work ethic, friendly and respectful demeanor, and pride in doing a job well for the community.

Technical Skills:

Comfort using a smartphone or tablet for basic routing and dispatch communication.

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
