CDL-A Graduate Program - Paid Training - Home Weekly

We are a safety-focused regional carrier hiring CDL-A drivers for dedicated lanes across UT, ID, MT, CO, WY, NV, and CA. All loads are 100% no-touch dry van and round-trip—designed for consistent miles while avoiding high-stress corridors. Both experienced drivers and recent CDL-A graduates are encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION

Weekly pay : $1,250 - $1,500 (Performance-based)

Top Earners:

Average $1,700+ per week

Weekly Mileage:

2,600 - 3,000 average

Retention Bonus:

$800 paid after your first year

Orientation Bonus:

$300 on your first paycheck

Payment:

Weekly direct deposit every Friday

ENTRY-LEVEL TRAINEE PROGRAM

Recent CDL-A graduates (120+ hours) are welcome! 4-6 weeks of mentorship with guaranteed weekly pay during training.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class A CDL (Minimum 21 years old) 6 months solo experience OR recent graduate status Clean MVR and solid work history Must pass DOT physical and two-part drug screen (Urine & Hair Follicle)
