ASAP Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Crash Truck Driver to join our Highway Contract Division for the seasonal period. This full-time position involves operating safety vehicles in highway work zones to protect crews and the public. The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of commercial driving experience and a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate crash attenuator (TMA) trucks in highway construction zones Ensure safe operation of vehicles at all times Follow detailed instructions from crew supervisors and traffic control plans Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Support traffic management and road safety efforts
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License (required) Clean Driving Record (required) CDL a plus but not required DOT Medical Card preferred 1-2 years of commercial driving experience preferred Dependable and punctual with a commitment to safety
