This position is responsible for safely operating company service trucks, delivering and servicing portable restrooms, and providing excellent customer service at job sites and events. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Drive assigned service routes safely and efficiently Service portable restrooms at customer locations by: Pumping waste tanks Cleaning and sanitizing units Restocking supplies (toilet paper, hand sanitizer, soap, etc.) Deliver, pick up, and relocate portable restroom units Perform basic inspections and minor repairs on units as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of service truck and equipment Complete daily route paperwork and service logs accurately Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch staff Follow all DOT, safety, and company procedures Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly Assist with warehouse or yard duties when needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required, depending on truck size) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Good communication and customer service skills Mechanical aptitude is a plus Previous route service, sanitation, septic, delivery, or construction experience preferred Work Environment Outdoor work environment year-round Frequent driving, lifting, bending, and physical activity Early morning start times may be required Overtime and weekend work may be available during peak season Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Overtime opportunities Paid training Health insurance and paid time off (if applicable) Company uniforms and equipment provided Opportunity for advancement Ideal Candidate Traits Dependable and punctual Positive attitude Comfortable working independently Safety-focused Able to interact professionally with customers Takes pride in keeping equipment and vehicles clean
