We are seeking a professional and reliable s Non-CDL Drivers to operate a 26-foot box truck for Over-the-Road (OTR) & Local deliveries. As we are seeking dedicated and skilled Over the Road Truck Drivers to join our team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods across long distances, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Safely operate a 26ft box truck for long-distance, over-the-road deliveries. Load and unload freight (using pallet jack or liftgate, if needed). Maintain accurate logs using ELD system in compliance with DOT regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery updates, delays, or issues. Ensure timely and professional delivery of freight across state lines. Plan routes effectively to ensure timely delivery while considering traffic patterns and road conditions. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption in accordance with DOT regulations. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the road. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record with at least 1 year of OTR or verified driving experience . Experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of route driving principles. Previous experience as a delivery driver or in freight transportation is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on the road. Must be able to pass all required background checks and drug screenings. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with dispatchers and customers.
