The Concrete & H Pile Driver is responsible for installing deep foundation elementssuch as concrete and H-steel pilesto support heavy civil structures including bridges, foundations, retaining walls, and marine works. This position involves operating specialized pile driving and hoisting equipment, ensuring accurate pile placement, and maintaining strict safety and quality standards on active construction sites. Key Responsibilities Operate pile driving equipment (hydraulic hammers, diesel hammers, and vibratory drivers) to install concrete and H-steel piles for civil construction projects.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and survey data to determine pile locations, depths, and alignment.

Assist with rigging, aligning, and positioning piles before and during driving operations.

Perform welding and cutting tasks as needed for pile splicing, templates, or bracing (welding experience preferred).Monitor pile driving to ensure compliance with geotechnical and structural specifications.

Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and site supervisors to meet project safety and quality standards.

Inspect, maintain, and perform minor repairs on pile driving and lifting equipment.

Set up and dismantle pile driving rigs, cranes, leads, and related components.

Keep accurate records of pile installation, including depth, blow count, and pile type.

Follow all OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols.

Support related tasks such as foundation forming, shoring, and concrete placement as needed.
