We are hiring drivers with a valid physical CDL A license and no prior driving experience required. This is a dry van trainee position designed to help new drivers get the training, support, and experience needed to begin driving professionally.
What We Offer:
Paid orientation Paid training ranging from $500 to $1,050 per week , based on your home state and applicable minimum-wage requirements Hotel, food, and travel covered in advance by the company Dry van freight Training and placement with a suitable account based on your ZIP code Opportunities may include local, regional, or OTR routes , depending on available freight in your area Support throughout orientation, training, and dispatch placement
Requirements:
Valid physical Class A CDL No prior Class A driving experience required Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen Must be willing to complete the required training program Safe driving record and professional attitude Once training is completed, we will work to place you on the best available account near your home area, whether that is local, regional, or over-the-road dry van freight.
