The role includes paid, over‑the‑road (OTR) finish training and an aggressive tuition reimbursement program to assist with driving school debt.

Primary responsibilities and training focus:
Receive and complete paid OTR finish training with a professional mentor. Develop advanced backing and tight‑quarters maneuvering skills in urban hubs across the eastern U.S. Attain proficiency with Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) regulations. Operate late‑model diesel equipment (2024-2026) safely and efficiently. Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL issued upon completion of an accredited driving school program (minimum 120 hours). Clean driving record. Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to DOT compliance standards.
