CDL-A CMV

in compliance with FMCSA regulations Transport dry van freight OTR with on-time performance Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers Follow all company safety policies and procedures Pay & Bonuses Drivers average $68K to $86K gross annually Weekly pay Detention, layover, breakdown & weather delay pay Annual raises (½ cent per year)

Anniversary Pay:

1-3 years: $850 4-5 years: $1,700 6+ years: $2,550 $225 for major holidays (if out) Home Time (Varies by Area) 2 weeks out ? 2 days home 3 weeks out ? 3-4 days home 4 weeks out ? 5 days home 5 weeks out ? 6+ days home Equipment & Comfort 3 years old or newer trucks Fully automatic Volvos & Freightliners Fridge, APU, TV mount, 1800W inverter Paid XM Radio New mattress + CB space PrePass Elite Samsara tablet with unlimited streaming Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Term Life Insurance 401(k) with 5% employee contribution + 4% company match
