This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations by transporting materials and equipment, assisting crews in the field, maintaining clean and organized job sites, and helping complete repair and installation work as needed. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team, and taking pride in quality work. Candidates must be comfortable driving company trucks and towing trailers safely throughout South Florida. As a fast-growing company, we are looking for individuals who want more than just a job. Responsibilities Drive company trucks and tow trailers to job sites, suppliers, and dump locations Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and equipment Assist with job site cleanup and debris removal Support crews with repairs, installations, and general labor tasks Help maintain organization of tools, materials, and equipment Perform daily vehicle and trailer inspections Represent the company professionally on job sites and while driving Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable driving trucks with trailers Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Construction or hardscape experience is a plus Speaking Spanish or Portuguese is a huge plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn Opportunities Growth opportunities within the company Hands-on training and skill development Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing and professional team Consistent work and long-term potential
