10-4 Logistics invites recent graduates to join our regional fleet based in Gainesville, FL, serving North-Central Florida and the Southeastern United States. We provide paid, over-the-road finish training and an aggressive tuition reimbursement program to help reduce your CDL school debt.
Paid Training and Compensation:
Receive paid OTR finish training with a professional mentor while earning a guaranteed $1,600+ per week.
Tuition Reimbursement:
Substantial reimbursement to assist with repayment of CDL school expenses.
Employment Status and Culture:
You will be employed as a W-2 employee with a focus on safety, respect, and professional development.

Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL obtained from an accredited driving school (minimum 120 hours). Clean driving record. Commitment to safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
