Full time local dump trailer position

Job Summary Hello my name is Marc, owner of M Bastien Transport LLC. My little company is active for 3 years now and we grow every years. I presently looking for a manual truck driver to join the team. I expect to meet a driver with good driving, shifting, and mechanic understanding. Our job is really easy, usually 2-3 loads a day. We haul fertilizer, sand and rock. My trucks are not new, but really reliable and I'm dedicated every weekend to keep it like this. We usually take off the yard located in holiday/new Port Richey around 2:30-3:00 the morning. 95% of the time we leave together, 5-6 trucks and we headed the quarry direction. The new driver will always follow another driver, me or one of my skilled drivers. You do not have to work physically, sometimes need to clean the front of your bed, but most of the quarry have washout. We are a very nice team. If you take care of my truck, do not push it to much, try to save fuel and mecanic issues, you gonna be happy with us The paycheck is rarely under 1000$ a week in the low season for 4 days if we miss a day because of the rain. You can expect 1100$ to 1400$ regularly and in the high season, we can reach 1700$-1800$ a week. Let the engine warm up before leaving Waiting for the air unlocked the trailer wheels Stop fueling, take a coffee and talk with the guys Waiting at the mine and try to remember the CB channel Take your load, go on the scale, verify your ticket, put your tarp on and leave with another driver. Drive safely on the road, it's not a race, take your time to accelerated and do not brake last minute.( We gross 88000 pound most of the time) At the destination, go slow, make your ticket sign and dump the load in the proper spot. Drop your bed be sure that everything is ok, tailgate locks and head to the second load. At the end of the day, come back to the yard, take 5 minutes to do your paperwork and a post trip inspection. If you smell, feel, hear or see something unusual, you need to text or call me. I will fix it.
