Crew Driver for Landscaping

What you are responsible for:

Equipment Preparation:

Prepare landscape trucks for the day, including: Load gas cans, mowers, and other equipment onto trucks/trailers Secure all equipment onto trucks/trailers Safely operate vehicle in accordance with all traffic laws Excellence in Customer service: Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to Manager Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed Communicate regularly with Manager to ensure customers' needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies Deliver services as specified on client sites Work to identify more efficient ways to perform work Oversee day to day site operations assisting crew when needed Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles Perform maintenance on equipment: Unload equipment from company's trucks/trailer Wash equipment and truck Change equipment blades and oil Clean air filters Grease machines What you bring to the job: Valid Florida Driver's License Must be able to operate a 20FT truck with a 20FT enclosed trailer Experience in a landscape-related field Strong work ethic, be willing to lead by example, and be "hands-on" Effective communication skills in English Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Eileen Landscaping LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer fostering a diverse and inclusive culture
