This role involves transporting and delivering concrete to various construction sites, operating heavy machinery, and supporting the efficient operation of our concrete plant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial vehicle operation, construction site procedures, and concrete-related processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to contribute to large-scale infrastructure projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• shifts can last up to 12 hours daily
• $21-25 per hour plus overtime Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles, including dump trucks and concrete mixers, to transport materials to designated construction sites Load, unload, and deliver ready mix concrete efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and concrete pumps to assist with plant operations and material handling Support the setup and maintenance of concrete forms, rebar installation, and finishing tasks on-site Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations Assist in the preparation of the plant for daily operations, including material batching and equipment checks Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate deliveries and ensure timely project progress Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle maintenance records, and safety documentation Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to prevent accidents on-site Support other construction activities as needed, including paving, concrete finishing, and site cleanup Requirements Valid CDL B license with a clean driving record Proven experience operating commercial vehicles such as dump trucks and concrete mixers Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including loaders, excavators, and concrete pumps Construction site experience with familiarity in concrete forming, rebar installation, paving, and finishing techniques Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting vehicle and equipment issues Ability to operate a variety of construction machinery safely and efficiently Strong understanding of safety regulations related to commercial driving and construction operations Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and site managers Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy materials and operating machinery If you are committed to safety, efficiency, and quality in a dynamic construction environment, we encourage you to apply today.
