$25.00 - $29.00 per hour (Based on experience) Job Overview We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and self-motivated CDL Route Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This role is responsible for safely transporting and delivering lubricants, fluids, and related products throughout South Florida and surrounding regions while maintaining excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Drivers will operate both tanker units and box trucks equipped with pumping systems designed to transfer bulk products from totes and drums into customer storage tanks installed and maintained by our company. This position is ideal for an experienced driver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and understands the importance of professionalism, organization, and safety in day-to-day route operations. Route Coverage Routes may extend throughout Florida, including: Fort Pierce Cape Coral Key West Surrounding South Florida areas All drivers return home daily. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles including tanker trucks and box trucks Deliver lubricants, oils, and related products to customer locations Operate pumping systems, hoses, and reels for bulk fluid transfers Pump products into company-installed customer containment tanks Perform daily route deliveries efficiently and professionally Load and secure trucks the day prior to scheduled deliveries to ensure all products, equipment, and supplies are properly prepared Utilize manual pallet jacks when unloading products is required Complete additional deliveries or pickups when operational needs require Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain delivery paperwork, logs, and route documentation accurately Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations regarding route updates or delays Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned equipment and vehicles Follow all DOT safety regulations and company procedures Requirements Valid CDL Class A license required Tanker endorsement required for tanker operations Minimum 2 years CDL driving experience Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and understood) Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly Ability to bend, climb, pull hoses/reels, and enter/exit trucks multiple times daily Strong understanding of safe driving and freight handling procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong time management and organizational skills Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance while representing the company Schedule Monday through Friday Occasional Saturdays as needed Routes and start times vary based on delivery schedules Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Overtime Pay Company Uniforms Company Phone Direct Deposit Work Environment This is a fast-paced position requiring a self-managed and dependable individual capable of adapting to changing delivery demands while maintaining professionalism and safety at all times.
