In this vital role, you will be responsible for locating, recovering, and securing vehicles and assets that require retrieval. Your energetic approach and strong mechanical aptitude will ensure efficient recovery operations, providing excellent customer service while maintaining safety and compliance standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills in automotive diagnostics, mechanical repair, and conflict management will shine. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks, flatbeds, forklifts, and other recovery equipment safely and effectively Load, unload, and secure vehicles or assets onto recovery trucks with precision and care Drive commercial vehicles responsibly across various terrains to retrieve differing units. Manage customer interactions professionally, providing clear communication and resolving conflicts amicably Maintain accurate documentation of recovery activities, including logs, reports, and vehicle condition records Collaborate with team members to coordinate recovery efforts efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred Skilled in operating tow trucks, flatbeds, forklifts, and other relevant recovery equipment Knowledge of manual transmissions and automotive systems is highly desirable Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Prior experience working with heavy-duty vehicles such as tow trucks or flatbeds is a plus Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Join us as a Recovery Agent and become an essential part of our team dedicated to efficient vehicle recovery and exceptional service delivery.
