- Senior Living Facility Grand Villa of Ocala is seeking a dedicated and responsible full-time driver to join our team and support our residents' transportation needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate company vehicles to transport residents to appointments, outings, and other destinations Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from vehicles as needed Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, including regular inspections and reporting any issues Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety at all times Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being during transportation
Skills and Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proven experience in driving, preferably in a senior care or healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assist residents with mobility and provide compassionate service Knowledge of local roads and navigation Ability to work flexible hours, approximately 30-32 hours per week Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude At Grand Villa of Ocala, we foster a warm, supportive environment that values growth and teamwork.
