Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Class A Moffit Driver to join our team. In this role, you will operate specialized tractor-trailers equipped with Moffit systems to safely transport freight across various routes. Your expertise in driving different types of trailers—including refrigerated, flatbed, tanker, and dump trucks—will ensure timely and secure deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Duties Operate Class A tractor-trailers with manual transmissions and various trailer types, including refrigerated, flatbed, tanker, and roll-off trucks Load and unload freight efficiently using forklifts or other equipment as needed Safely drive route schedules, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and trailer to ensure proper functioning Securely load, unload, and handle freight, ensuring proper placement and safety compliance Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs for each shipment Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route updates, delays, or issues during transit Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with necessary endorsements for tanker or flatbed operations if applicable Proven experience operating tractor-trailers with manual transmissions in a commercial setting Experience driving refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks preferred Ability to load & unload freight using forklifts or other equipment safely and efficiently Strong knowledge of route driving, safety procedures, and DOT regulations Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance Physical ability to handle freight loads and perform vehicle inspections as required Join us as a Class A Moffit Driver and take your driving career to new heights!
