CDL Class B Driver/Operator

D&R Prime is looking for CDL Class B Driver/Operators. The driver must have a MINIMUM of a Class B CDL . Responsibilities and Duties Understand and comply with all company safety policies and procedures Must be punctual to clock in as well as to job sites. Must be able to send and receive texts for job locations and quantities. Maintain proper maintenance of truck including tire pressure, fluid levels, and basic troubleshooting as well as Pre Trip and Post Trip Inspections Follow instructions of dispatcher Ability to communicate with dispatcher and other drivers both verbally and by text in English Complete vehicle inspection reports daily Report any truck problems to onsite mechanic and manager. Priming and Tacking parking lots and roadways with Distributor truck. Be able to operate truck safely near or in moving traffic. Frequently work more than 40 hours a week and non-traditional hours including some Saturdays, and occasionally Sundays. Perform preventative maintenance labor on trucks and around shop when driving duties are complete or not required. Other duties as assigned by supervisor when not out on jobs. Pay is based on experience on Asphalt Distributor truck and ability to learn the job.
