Private Driver

Overview We are seeking a reliable, professional, and discreet Private Driver to provide transportation for an individual and family. This is a personal household position, not a rideshare or public transportation role. The ideal candidate is punctual, trustworthy, flexible, and comfortable driving luxury vehicles while maintaining a high level of professionalism and privacy. The primary vehicle driven will be a Mercedes-Benz 3500 Luxury Sprinter Van, so applicants should feel confident operating larger luxury vehicles safely and smoothly. This role may include daily transportation, airport runs, errands, appointments, evenings out, special events, and occasional travel-related driving. The driver should be confident navigating efficiently, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and creating a safe, comfortable, stress-free experience. We value consistency, communication, and professionalism, and are looking for someone who can become a dependable long-term part of our household routine. This is not a rideshare or commercial transportation position. Responsibilities Maintain a high standard of customer service by assisting clients with boarding, luggage handling, loading/unloading items and addressing any special requests or needs Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety Safely and professionally operate a Mercedes-Benz 3500 Luxury Sprinter Van for personal and family transportation Provide transportation for appointments, airport runs, errands, events, and other scheduled outings Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable vehicle interior and exterior at all times Be comfortable operating and maintaining the Sprinter van's onboard amenities, including basic upkeep of the restroom/toilet system and notifying employer of any maintenance concerns Plan routes efficiently and ensure timely arrivals while prioritizing safety and comfort Communicate clearly regarding schedules, availability, traffic delays, or vehicle-related issues Be flexible with scheduling, including occasional evenings or weekends when needed. Looking for two drivers to hire to make scheduling easier Monitor fuel levels, basic vehicle condition, and coordinate routine service or maintenance when necessary Be available for occasional out-of-town or weekend travel, including longer driving trips of up to 5 or 6 hours one way Qualifications Clean driving record and valid driver's license Comfortable driving a Mercedes-Benz 3500 Luxury Sprinter Van or possibly, but not likely, other Luxury vehicles Professional, punctual, and dependable Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and out-of-town travel Comfortable assisting with luggage, errands, and basic vehicle upkeep. Ability to operate and maintain onboard Sprinter amenities, including basic restroom/toilet system maintenance Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness Prior experience as a private driver, chauffeur, executive driver, household staff member, or similar role preferred but not required Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance awareness Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns to optimize travel times Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing schedules or client needs Join us as a Private Driver and become an essential part of delivering exceptional transportation experiences!
