This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include cleaning residential yards, removing pet waste safely and efficiently, securing gates before leaving each property, and ensuring every yard is left clean and professional. Technicians will follow a scheduled route and communicate clearly with management throughout the workday.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Dependable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Able to work independently Responsible and trustworthy Able to walk multiple residential properties daily Must have a smartphone for route management and customer updates
