Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as our professional Driver/Golf Cart Manager , where your energy and dedication will drive our success! In this vital role, you will be responsible for general maintenance and safely transporting our golf carts to various locations, ensuring timely pick-ups & deliveries, while providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in driving and handling cargo will help us meet our commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment that values motivation, resourcefulness, reliability, safety, and positive interactions. Duties Safely operate delivery trucks, golf carts & park vehicles with manual transmission to pick-up & deliver carts Load and unload golf carts ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed Plan and execute efficient delivery & pick-up routes, maintaining punctuality and optimizing travel time Interact professionally with customers during delivery & pick-up appointments, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns Verify accuracy, complete documentation, and obtain signatures upon successful deliveries & pick-ups Conduct routine vehicle & golf cart inspections weekly to ensure safety standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of delivery vehicles as well as golf carts to ensure optimal operation on a daily bases And other golf cart related tasks assigned to you by Operations Manager Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong understanding of route driving and load management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to perform lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating delivery trucks or similar vehicles preferred Knowledge of manual transmission driving techniques for commercial vehicles Familiarity with safety protocols related to, vehicle operation, and cargo handling Embark on a rewarding career where your driving skills make a difference!
