Hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers
MINIMUM WEEKLY GUARANTEE

  • with a 75CPM base rate plus a 15CPM performance bonus
  • up to 90CPM plus stop pay and load pay. Weekly averages around $1,703.

Get a $350/day minimum when you unload your own freight, or a $300/day minimum on no-touch loads a lumper unloads for you We fly you home. After four weeks on the road, we'll fly you home for five full days off before you head back out. It's home time built to feel like a real reset, every month. Shifts built around the freight. Expect average 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 11 AM to 2 AM. Freight that's close and consistent. This is a touch-freight position hauling refrigerated grocery loads with pallet jack and some hand unloading on established local lanes. Pay that grows with you. A 5CPM increase is available at one year of service.
