Crew Leader / Driver - Stand Up Guys Junk Removal Stand Up Guys is looking for a Crew Leader who takes pride in their work, leads with confidence, and delivers an outstanding customer experience on every job. If you're reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership, this is the role for you. This is an active, hands-on position where you'll lead each job from start to finish — guiding your teammate, communicating with customers, and making sure every job is completed safely and efficiently.
