Help Wanted - Driver/MechanicFull-Time Employee Position | Tavares, Florida "Permanent Full-Time Employee Position - No Independent Contractors, Owner-Operators, or Subcontractors." Trident Pontoons , an established boat builder located in Tavares, FL, is seeking a dependable and experienced Driver/Mechanic to join our team as a full-time employee. This is a permanent staff position and is not an independent contractor opportunity. Responsibilities Deliver boats to customers throughout the region ( CDL required ) Rig outboard motors and related marine equipment Assist with boat assembly, maintenance, and general mechanical tasks Ensure safe transport of vessels and equipment Provide professional customer service during deliveries Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Clean driving record Experience hauling oversized loads and trailers Mechanical aptitude required; marine experience preferred Must be able to work as a member of our full-time staff Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Position Details Full-time, year-round employment Permanent employee position Competitive pay based on experience Benefits available (if applicable) No independent contractors, owner-operators, or subcontractors will be considered Apply In Person Trident Pontoons 3801 State Road 19 Tavares, FL 32778 Join a growing company dedicated to building quality boats and providing exceptional customer service.
