Crew Leader/ Driver

Duties Lead and supervise a crew responsible for landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and special projects. Safely operate company equipment and drive company vehicles, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Carry out daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines per instructions given by owner. Perform quality inspections of work completed by team members to ensure standards are met or exceeded. Assist with landscape installation, tree care, horticulture tasks, and general maintenance activities. Communicate effectively with owner and team members to ensure project expectations are clear and met. Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in excellent condition through regular inspections and basic repairs. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or related fields. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor environments. Knowledge of horticulture practices, tree care techniques, and garden maintenance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating trucks. Familiarity with construction and general maintenance procedures is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and problem-solving. Arrive on time. No shows, no calls are not tolerated.
