As our company continues to expand, we are looking for skilled team players who take pride in their work and want to grow with a fast-moving operation.
Position Summary:
The Interior Demolition & Debris Removal Technician is responsible for assisting with interior demolition projects, removing debris, and maintaining safe and efficient job sites. This role is ideal for individuals with construction, demolition, labor, or remodeling experience who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a strong team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform interior demolition tasks including removal of walls, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and other materials Safely load, transport, and dispose of debris from job sites Operate hand tools and basic demolition equipment Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Assist with loading/unloading trucks and materials as needed
Qualifications:
Previous construction, demolition, or general labor experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work Ability to work well in a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn CDL driver's license is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
$19-$21 per hour (based on experience) Bonus opportunities Tip opportunities on certain projects Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company
