Landscape Laborer and Driver

About the Role We're hiring dependable Landscape Laborers and Drivers to support operations at Orlando International Airport. This position involves hands-on outdoor work focused on maintaining and improving landscaped areas. It's a strong fit for individuals who want to build skills in landscaping, grounds maintenance, and plant care. ⸻ What You'll Do Maintain landscapes through mowing, trimming, and edging Prepare soil and assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees Use hand tools for digging, planting, and general upkeep Trim and prune trees to promote healthy growth Operate irrigation systems to maintain proper watering Remove snow when needed to keep areas safe and accessible Clean job sites by removing debris and disposing of waste properly Work with the team to complete projects efficiently and to standard ⸻ What We're Looking For Landscaping or related experience is helpful, but not required Basic familiarity with landscaping tools is a plus Ability to handle physically demanding work (lifting, digging, extended activity) Strong attention to detail and work ethic Willingness to learn and improve landscaping techniques Valid driver's license required for driver roles (and higher pay tier) ⸻ Why Work With Us Be part of a team improving outdoor environments Gain practical, hands-on industry experience Work in a culture that values effort, growth, and teamwork
