Weekly gross range: $1,000 to 1,200 depending on experience. Responsibilities Safely operate a diesel box truck for long-haul routes, ensuring on-time deliveries across the 48 state, continental USA. Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts, adhering to safety protocols. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to maintain optimal performance and compliance with regulations. Manage route driving efficiently, adjusting plans as needed to meet delivery schedules. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients upon delivery and pickup. Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, delivery receipts, and logs for compliance and record-keeping purposes. Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory, organizing loads, and supporting team members when necessary. Requirements Proven experience as a commercial driver, specifically with box trucks or similar vehicles. Clean MVR Required Familiarity with warehouse operations, including load & unload procedures using forklifts or pallet jacks and two wheelers. Knowledge of operating diesel box trucks and lift gates. Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and clear communication. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly while maintaining safety standards. Valid driver's license or equivalent commercial driving license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory depending on route requirements.
