This is a home-daily program built around one predictable cycle — out by 4:30 AM, back by 2:30 PM. While the lane is running, you run it. Same route. Same shippers. Real flatbed work with real numbers. We're not selling you a CPM rate and crossing our fingers. We're selling you the math. What You'll Earn $400 per cycle when you complete same-day delivery $350 per cycle when delivery hands off to next-day Up to 5 cycles per week while the lane is active Weekly direct deposit

What We Need From You CDL Class A with clean MVR 12+ months tractor-trailer experience (verifiable) Flatbed experience required — you'll be tarping and strapping your own loads Step-deck experience preferred DOT medical card current No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years Comfortable with manual transmission ELD-compliant (Motive) What You'll Do Operate flatbed and step-deck equipment on a defined daily lane Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Tarp, strap, and secure your own load (photo documentation required at pickup and dropoff) Maintain accurate ELD logs and delivery documentation Communicate with dispatch through Slack at established milestones Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Phone-down rule: engine running, phone is down. Motive tracks it.
