Job Description
On The Go Transport is expanding and looking for professional OTR team drivers to haul elite freight under FedEx Custom Critical . We move high-priority freight for customers who rely on time-sensitive deliveries. Our fleet focuses on safety, professionalism, and strong driver support. Drivers located anywhere in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Because we operate under FedEx Custom Critical, trucks can be parked at FedEx Safe Haven locations , allowing drivers to park the truck at a safe location near home during home time. Position Overview OTR Team Driving FedEx Custom Critical contractor fleet 1099 independent contractor position Average weekly earnings: $2,000-$4,000 per driver Nationwide freight Weekly settlements Dedicated lane opportunities available Must stay out minimum 3 weeks Why Drivers Join Our Fleet Our drivers stay because we operate a driver-first fleet where communication, safety, and reliability matter. We work closely with drivers to keep trucks moving while maintaining compliance and professionalism. Driver Requirements Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience No more than 3 moving violations, accidents, or warnings within 3 years MVR and PSP will be reviewed Felonies must be discharged 7 years Misdemeanors must be discharged 3 years Must obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days Must be comfortable working in a team driving environment Compensation Drivers are paid 22% of the load pay per driver , averaging $2,000-$4,000 weekly depending on freight and availability. Dedicated lanes may include flat-rate weekly pay.
