Responsibilities Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and hook-and-chain models, to recover and transport vehicles safely and efficiently Load, unload, and secure vehicles using appropriate equipment such as straps, chains, or forklifts when necessary Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and handling inquiries professionally Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively, ensuring positive resolutions for all parties involved Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle details, and service reports Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks and related equipment to ensure safety standards are met Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proven experience operating tow trucks Ability to load & unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment such as flatbeds or forklifts Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to handle conflict management situations calmly under pressure Embark on a rewarding career where your driving skills, mechanical knowledge, and dedication to customer care come together!
