Truck Driver

Duties Operate a variety of trucks including tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions. Safely load and unload freight using forklifts or manual methods, ensuring cargo integrity and security. Drive assigned routes efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety issues. Manage documentation such as delivery manifests, route logs, and incident reports accurately. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups. Maintain a clean driving record and uphold safety standards at all times. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the vehicle type (e.g., tanker, flatbed). Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver experience with freight handling. Ability to operate manual transmission trucks confidently. Experience driving refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or specialized trucks is preferred. Knowledge of route driving strategies to optimize delivery times. Ability to load & unload freight efficiently using forklifts or manual methods when necessary. Strong commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
