2-3 Logistics Corp is hiring CDL-A solo drivers based out of Augusta, GA. No experience is needed—we welcome recent CDL graduates and provide paid onboarding, practical training, and one-on-one support from a dedicated dispatcher. Drivers start with steady miles, weekly paychecks, and a team focused on helping them gain experience and grow into a long-term trucking career Pay & Compensation Weekly pay: $1,400

• 1,900/week Annual equivalent: $73,000
• 100,000/year

CPM Rate:

55

• 65¢ (increases by 1 CPM annually for up to 10 years)

Miles:

~ 2,500

• 3,000+ per week Home Time Home every 5 days for 2 days Orientation One-day paid orientation covering safety procedures, equipment walkthrough, drug screening, and skills assessment for new drivers Orientation pay: $300 paid with your first paycheck Transportation and accommodation covered during orientation Freight & Routes Drivers haul general freight with mostly no-touch loads, keeping the focus on driving instead of unloading.

Freight runs throughout the Southeast, mainly through Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, and Florida, offering consistent miles, steady freight, and familiar operating lanes Equipment 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia Drivers will get an assigned truck All trucks are automatic
