Box Truck Driver

Responsibilities Safely operate box truck to complete deliveries on scheduled routes. Load and unload cargo using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring secure handling of goods. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly. Navigate delivery routes efficiently using GPS or route planning tools, ensuring timely arrivals and departures. Assist with warehouse operations by moving inventory, organizing shipments, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. Maintain compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies throughout each shift. Qualifications Proven experience as a box truck delivery driver or similar commercial vehicles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; certification preferred but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical moving tasks safely and efficiently. Prior route driving experience demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
