What You'll Be Doing Deliver ready-mix concrete safely and efficiently to customer job sites Operate mixer trucks and related equipment with care and precision Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members Follow all safety guidelines and uphold company operating standards What We Are Looking For Valid CDL Class A or B Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service Strong situational awareness and sound decision‑making Reliability, consistency, and a positive team-oriented mindset Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
