At Hawaii Foodservice Alliance (HFA), our drivers play a critical role in helping move products across Hawai'i's supply chain. As Hawai'i's largest local supplier of perishable foods and logistics services, we're looking for experienced CDL A drivers who want reliable local work, strong benefits, and long-term career opportunities. This role is ideal for drivers experienced with tractor-trailers, container movement, and operating safely in busy delivery environments across O'ahu. What You'll Do Deliver food products and freight to customer locations across O'ahu Safely operate tractor-trailers and CDL A commercial vehicles Load and unload products using pallet jacks, lift gates, and delivery equipment Verify invoices, product counts, and delivery paperwork Complete vehicle inspections and maintain delivery documentation Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards Build positive relationships with customers and operational teams Requirements Valid CDL Class A license required Air Brake Endorsement required Valid DOT Medical Card / ability to meet PUC medical requirements Clean and verifiable driving record Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and local delivery routes Ability to safely operate tractor-trailers and maneuver in tight delivery areas Strong communication and customer service skills TWIC card or ability to obtain one preferred Preferred Experience Experience operating tractor-trailers and container equipment Local delivery or food distribution experience Familiarity with O'ahu delivery routes and port operations Experience securing loads and operating safely in tight delivery spaces Experience working in fast-paced logistics environments Why Drivers Stay at HFA Weekly pay every Friday Consistent local work on O'ahu Team-oriented environment Long-term career opportunities Work that directly supports Hawai'i's communities and businesses Hawaii Foodservice Alliance (HFA) is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve across
