We are a growing transportation company based in the Des Moines, IA area, is seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers to join their team immediately. This opportunity offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the ability to choose your own schedule based on your preferred home time and location. Drivers will operate newer equipment on dedicated routes with minimal touch freight.
Duties:
Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional or over-the-road (OTR) routes Transport dry van freight efficiently and on time Complete 2,500-3,000 miles per week (based on agreed schedule) Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes and schedules Handle 99% drop-and-hook freight (minimal loading/unloading

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years CDL Class A driving experience No automatic restriction (must be able to operate manual 10-speed trucks) No SAP (Substance Abuse Program) participation Maximum of 2 non-severe moving violations in the past 3 years Maximum of 2 non-severe accidents/incidents in the past 3 years Ability to run regional or OTR routes and stay out at least one week when needed Must live within a 70-mile radius of Des Moines, IA (flexibility available for extended routes)
