CDL-A OTR
truck drivers (solo and teams) for dry van and refrigerated freight running all 48 states. Drivers enjoy consistent miles, strong pay, and the freedom to drive without micromanagement. Top drivers earn over $100,000 per year with steady freight and predictable home time. Driver Pay & Earnings Solo Drivers $0.60 CPM base pay Up to $0.04 CPM quarterly performance bonus Average 2,700-3,000 miles per week $1,719 weekly average gross pay Top drivers earn $100,000+ annually Team Drivers $0.80 CPM base pay Average 5,000-6,000 miles per week $3,712 weekly average per team Quarterly performance bonus Additional Pay $25/hour detention pay (after 2 hours) $150 layover pay $200 breakdown pay Annual pay increases during the first three years Weekly pay with direct deposit Annual pay range: $66,204 - $112,523 depending on miles and schedule. Job Requirements:
CDL-A 6-12
months experience in the last 24 months 21+ years old
Team Position:
6 months driving together as a team preferred
Wage Range:
0.60 - 0.80 per mile
