CDL Class A Driver - Skilled Equipment, Transport Specialist Home Every Night | Full-Time Position We are seeking a highly skilled, dependable CDL Class A Driver to join our team. This is not a "steering wheel holder" position — we are looking for a true professional who operates with precision, takes pride in their work, and understands the responsibility of transporting large, high-value structures. You will operate a 1-ton pickup truck with a specialty trailer to transport, deliver, set, and level portable buildings. Many of our loads are oversized and require strict compliance with regulations, careful route planning, and confident maneuvering in tight, challenging spaces. This is hands-on, skilled work that demands focus and experience. Just as important, this role requires professionalism with customers. Our drivers represent our company on every delivery. We expect you to be friendly, patient, and respectful at all times — ensuring every customer receives a five-star experience. What You'll Do Safely operate a 1-ton truck and specialty trailer, including oversized loads Maneuver and position buildings in tight, complex environments Load, unload, set, and level portable buildings at customer locations Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections Plan routes and ensure on-time deliveries Maintain accurate logs and documentation Conduct routine equipment checks and report issues promptly Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations Represent the company professionally and treat every customer with courtesy and respect What We're Looking For Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record Experience hauling oversized loads and specialty or heavy equipment trailers Proficiency with manual transmission Strong understanding of load securement and safe transport practices Ability to operate confidently in tight spaces Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude Dependable, self-motivated, and strong time management skills Forklift experience is a plus What We Offer Home every night Steady, full-time work Team-oriented environment Competitive pay based on experience This position is for a skilled, responsible professional committed to safety, precision, and delivering a five-star customer experience every time.
