74 depending on experience level and productivity. The scale assumes at least 1 year experience . Trainees start at $0.49 a mile. Extra pay for tarping, extra stops, breakdowns, layovers, and detention. In 2025, we have 97 drivers on pace to make over $70,000 a year. Many of those will make over $100,000 this year. We have a first year driver on pace to make $72,000. We have an experienced driver on pace to make over $120,000 . 6 to 10 days out , most resets at home 401(k) with 50% employer matching of employees first 8% contributed; 1% profit share! This is an industry leading 401(k) plan! $34 per month health insurance, $8 per month for dental, $4 per month for vision, low deductibles and low out of pocket expenses.
