We provide assigned 2022-2025 trucks, a reliable bi-weekly home-time schedule, and a starting pay scale that leads the industry for new and experienced drivers alike.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Average Weekly Pay:

$1,300 - $1,550

Gross Incentives:

Up to $0.08 CPM extra for safety and performance

Paid Orientation:

$300 bonus upon successful completion

THE FLEET & LOGISTICS

Trucks:

Assigned 2022-2025 Freightliner & Kenworth tractors

Freight:

100% No-Touch High efficiency (60% Drop & Hook)

Home Time:

14 days out / 2 days home rotation

24/7 dedicated dispatch and roadside assistance

PAID TRAINING FOR RECENT CDL GRADUATES 4-6
