Job Overview Are you part of a high-performing driving team looking for the best equipment and consistent miles in the industry? We are seeking a professional CDL-A Team to handle a dedicated, steady-mileage run (5,000+ miles per week) for FedEx Ground. You will be driving a brand-new 2026 Volvo VNL 860 , the most driver-centric truck on the market.

Pay & Miles Rate:

$0.85 per mile (Split) for all miles (loaded and empty).

Consistency:

Guaranteed steady run averaging 5,000+ miles per week .

Weekly Earnings:

Average $2,125+ per driver, per week .

Direct Deposit:

Paid weekly.

Integrated climate control for quiet, idle-free rest. Responsibilities Safely operate a tractor-trailer as part of a two-person team between FedEx Ground hubs. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety. Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) in compliance with DOT regulations. Ensure 100% on-time, safe delivery of "no-touch" freight. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL license. Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years (or 5 years within the last 10). Doubles/Triples Endorsement (Required before starting). Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background check. Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen.

Pay:

$2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per week
