Class C / box truck driver.

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Class C / box truck driver to join our dynamic transportation team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a box truck to deliver goods efficiently and on time, ensuring excellent customer service throughout every interaction. Duties Safely operate a Class C / box truck for local route deliveries and pickups, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, , pallet jacks as needed, ensuring items are secured properly for transit. (90% of time you don't need to unload they do it when you back into dock) Deliver goods to customers promptly while providing friendly, professional customer service at each stop Verify delivery paperwork, obtain signatures, and document all delivery activities accurately Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition before each shift Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the truck to ensure optimal performance Follow designated routes efficiently while managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules Requirements Valid with appropriate (Class C) (preferably) experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with box trucks or similar vehicles. Experience with warehouse operations, including loading pallets , pallet jacks Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Knowledge of route driving best practices and safety procedure Join our team and drive your career forward!
