CDL A Truck Driver with Hazmat - Home Daily

B&H Systems, started in 1988, is a small, profitable, local trucking company located in Elk Grove Village. We specialize in value added services such as liftgate, hazmat, same day and emergency services, etc. We are looking to fill a position for CDL Class A Truck Driver with hazmat and tanker endorsements. This position would be a combination of local and regional work. Most regional work has the driver home daily. Occasionally there is work that would require 1-2 nights out of town. Out of town trips usually happen 1-2 times per month. This position is scheduled for Monday thru Friday, however this schedule may alter slightly if overnight trips occur on a weekend. Some of the types of equipment being pulled are 53' dry vans and compressed gas tube trailers. The tube trailers very in length between 20' to 45'. Due to the nature of the work, reliability is an absolute must. Responsibilities and Duties for CDL Class A Truck Driver Safely operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck Load and unload cargo Properly track and document activity log Report any issues or incidents to dispatch Inspect truck before and after trip Qualifications and Skills for CDL Class A Truck Driver Previous experience in truck driving Commercial driver's license Ability to handle physical workload Strong work ethic Must have both TANKER and HAZMAT endorsements Experience in hauling tube trailers is preferred Benefits Work Monday - Friday Flexible start time Full-Time positions are available with benefits Excellent hourly wage Good equipment and a good place to work Pay based on license and experience 401K Life Insurance Dental Insurance Health Insurance / H.S.A.
