Pay:

Starting pay up to $95K for inexperienced, first year earners, depending on job type and schedule (See pay options (https://www.dottransportation.com/working-at-dti/driver-pay/) ). Plus bonus and incentive opportunities! (Pay range includes training pay and is variable based on driver experience, job type, and schedule)

Schedule Available:

+ Traditional (typically dispatched 5.5 days per week), + 6×3 (6 days on 3 days off), + 4×4 (4 days on 4 days off), + Home Daily. (Dispatch hours/days off will vary. Averages 1 night per week over the road ) + Teams + Full Time & Part Time Job Type(s)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

+ As a best-in-class driver, safely and efficiently operate DTI equipment to transport product + Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements set by the Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration ( FMCSA ), and any other governing body + For all jobs except no-touch freight, load and unload dry and temperature-controlled goods + Meet established company goals, including managing MPG , fuel purchases, idle time, and speed + Read and understand DTI load paperwork and product and packaging descriptions + Identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

ROLE SPECIFICS

+ Regular physical activity required for all jobs except no-touch freight; must be able to safely lift on average 14 pounds and at the most around 60 pounds + Includes sitting, walking, or standing during work hours
