Compensation:

Guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1,500 Paid weekly

• median pay of $1,750 per week (102,000 per year) Consistent freight and predictable income
• (124,000 + for top earner) Additional $150 per day for Saturday/Sunday deliveries on top of normal load pay.

Bonus Structure:

Annual seniority bonus

• up to $2,750 per year Quarterly incentive bonus
• 3.5% to 5.5% of earnings Safety Incentives

• Out 1-3 days. Terminal Manager on site Assigned Tractors
• Late Model Tractors Strong Maintenance and on-site shop support Driver-focused operation
