Roof Stocker

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Roof Stocker. In this role, you will partner with our delivery drivers to transport and place roofing materials directly onto job sites. You'll play a key part in ensuring materials are handled carefully, delivered accurately, and positioned to meet customer expectations. When rooftop deliveries are not scheduled, you will work alongside our warehouse team, assisting with daily operations to keep our yard and facility running smoothly. This position is a great starting point for anyone looking to build a career in the construction supply industry while gaining hands-on experience with equipment, jobsite procedures, and team operations. Primary Responsibilities Ride along with drivers to job sites and assist with deliveries Transfer roofing materials from delivery trucks to rooftops using a crane Place and spread materials in designated areas on roofs while minimizing risk to property Confirm delivery quantities and ensure orders are complete and accurate Help secure loads prior to transport and maintain organization of materials Act as a spotter when needed to help drivers safely maneuver vehicles Warehouse Responsibilities Support warehouse operations including stocking, organizing, and moving materials Safely operate forklifts and other equipment when trained and authorized Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and warehouse environment Work closely with team members to ensure efficient daily workflow Safety Expectations Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times Wear required protective gear including harnesses, gloves, boots, and other PPE Work safely at heights and handle materials using proper techniques Comply with OSHA standards and company guidelines for equipment use and fall protection Qualifications & Physical Requirements Willingness to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Ability to lift heavy materials (50-100 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable working on roofs with different slopes and elevations Ability to understand and follow instructions, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
