This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!

6a-6:30p

Rotational Schedule Job Duties :

1. Provide raw materials to the production lines 2. Off-load raw materials 3. Remove full product from the line 4. Load trailers with full products properly 5. Maintain piece pallets 6. Rework bad pallets 7. Maintain cleanliness of driver area 8. Perform daily safety checks on forklift 9. Service bottling line 10. Fill out load sheets correctly 11. It is the operators responsibility to report any food safety and food quality issues to personnel with authority to initiate action 12. Other duties as assigned We are going to raise our forklift driver rate to $19, but make sure that they understand that when they are hired on there is no increase since we are doing the increase up front for forklift drivers only, all other positions will still get a $1 raise once they are hired on. We do our annual performance raises in October and the cut off to receive a same year increase you have to start before 3/31. You can use our bonus as a selling point to get them excited about getting hired on, once a new hire has been hired on with Waters of America they are eligible to receive up to a 15% bonus for their total monthly salary after they have hit one month hired on with us. We are averaging 10% this year in monthly bonus and if they work over time that counts towards their monthly salary and makes their bonus larger.
